Free your chi
Free chi simply means to free the life force within you.
Free is to express oneself without boundary.
Chi is the life force within you, and every other living entity.
So the soul inside yourself is your life force and your quest if you desire is to free your force in order to express yourself.
There are many ways to free your chi for example martial arts, drawing, painting, writing etc...just try to free yourself in whatever you love....GIVE THANKS TO THE CREATIVE FORCE...
